When incidents are investigated, the emphasis should be on determining the root cause of the incident and identifying recommendations that will either eliminate or reduce the risk from happening again.
The purpose is to find facts that can lead to corrective actions rather than looking for faults. This 01-day training program focuses on developing the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead and facilitate incident investigations.
The course aims to help participants:
- Understand the methods of investigating the causes of accidents and incidents
- Understand and apply procedures in accident and incident investigation
- Learn essential skills during the incident investigation, including investigation planning, evidence searching, interviewing, conducting a root cause analysis
- The Incident Investigation training is for individuals who are required to undertake or assist in any stage of the investigation process including supervisors, operational staff, Human Resource and Workplace Health and Safety professionals.
- Training Method: Online (via Zoom/ Microsoft Teams)
- Training Date: 01 day, 04/12/2021
- Training Certificate: Certificates will be issued for each participant by SEN Consulting JSC
- The number of Participants: Min: 20 pax – Max: 30 pax
