The training course will comprise of 04 hours for theory session and 04 hours for practice session.
Theory and practice sessions are provided in form of games and exercise focusing on safety traffic rules, knowledge and skills for safe motorbike riding and ability to handle difficult traffic situations.
- A – Theory Session
- Status of traffic accidents in Vietnam
- Statistical numbers and photo of traffic accidents;
- Factors leading to traffic accidents
- Safe riding knowledge and techniques
- Riding from alley to main roadside;
- Safe distance from other motorbikes;
- Safe passing;
- Safe turning at intersections;
- Riding at night;
- Blind spot of rearview mirror;
- Traffic signs;
- Braking, turning around and balancing skills.
- Traffic risks identification
- Importance and principle of traffic risks identification;
- Practice on traffic risk identification;
- Practice on dangerous situations identification.
- Video clip and discussions
- Interactive games on
- Traffic law;

- Responses to unexpected situation.

- B – Practical Session
The practice session includes skill demo, hands-on practice, and team contest on the following riding exercises:

- Motorbike check before riding
- Demo on specific riding techniques
- Practicing (participants)
- Emergency braking
- Riding along circle
- Riding on narrow road (balancing)
- Riding on zigzag route
- Riding on tough road
- Riding on sandy road
- Emergency braking against obstacles
- Contest between groups
- Wrap-up & Close out
The training shall provide participants with:
- Awareness of traffic accidents and their consequences
- Understanding and updating Vietnam traffic legislation
- Awareness of factors causing traffic accidents and how to reduce them
- Understanding of common situations leading to motorbike accidents and skills and knowledge to respond to effectively
- Improved knowledge and skills riding a motorbike safely in real transportation conditions of Viet Nam
The training is designed for your staffs who hold current riding license for motorcycle of capacity 50cc and above (A1 or A2 license).
- Duration: 01 day (01 theory session and 01 practical session)
- In – house course:
- Venue: Practical site
- Estimated Cost: $3,200/course
- Maximum of Participants: 20 pax/course
Notes: The above fee includes Professional fees (Trainers and Assistants); and expenses, such as: Training Materials and Tea-break, practical motorbikes + fuel, other equipment to set up practical site, PPE, Transportation to Practical venue: Taxi.
