SEN supports clients to prepare the dossier related to operation permits such as helideck operation permits (for offshore facilities) and submit them to local Authorities for approval.
Related to the helideck operation permit, the scope of work will include the following:
- Study existing Client’s document to understand the design and operation of current helideck;
- Provide specialist advice on helideck approval related to legal basis, helideck technical characteristic, operational procedures and personnel qualification;
- Collect, review and clarify facility’s necessary documents as per CAP 437 and CAA;
- Check and/or calculate specification of helideck and relevant support equipment specification for reviewing the CAP 437 compliance;
- Develop Helideck Operation Manual for helideck according to the approved structure by Authority that including the main content as follows:
- Helideck Introduction;
- Helideck Technical Description;
- Helideck Operation Procedures;
- Helideck Administration.
- Complete dossier including Helideck Operation Manual and other required documents for Helideck Operation Dossier;
- Submit to the Authorities for Approval;
- Participate in defense meeting at Authority committee for dossier appraisal, if requested;
- Make any necessary revision in the dossier to meet with site inspectors and Authority’s comments on the dossier;
- Regularly contact authority persons in charge to ensure no delay caused by inadequate information or miscommunication by involved parties.
SEN’s scope of work shall include the following:
