The development of Oil Spill Response Plan (OSRP) is a specific requirement of the Authority for offshore oil and gas facilities. The OSRP will ensure that client is well prepared for prompt and effective response to any oil spill incidents to minimize the damage and impact to people, environment and client’s assets. The OSRP covers all oil & gas activities (drilling, development, operation, transportation, storage, offloading and supporting activities) in all facilities under client operation.
SEN develops OSRP to meet legal requirements and client’s operation as well as its emergency response plan. SEN also can provide the oil spill modelling by using the certified software to emulate the oil distribution and predict oil spill direction through time. SEN’s tasks are also supporting the client to submit OSRP to authority, defense meeting and follow up to get the approval on time.
