- Gather data and review of existing documentation including the ERP and Incident Command System (ICS) standards, as well as based on industry best practice;
- Develop and prepare training materials including developing exercise scenario;
- Deliver training and facilitate exercises for the client’s emergency response team;
- Develop a post-exercise report with observations, recommendations and lessons learned;
