SEN has delivered HSSE Legal Register and Permit Register service for Talisman throughout the years since 2013 in order to support for company’s legal compliance management. With reference to the meeting between Talisman and SEN in February 2017, Talisman needs to continue updating the existing HSSE Legal and Permit Register for year 2017, and requests additional scope of work that is SEN to notify Talisman when there has any new HSSE legal documents promulgated.

SEN has been invited by Talisman to propose a quotation for the above service.

To update HSSE Legal Register and Permit Register with updated Vietnamese regulatory requirements on Health, Safety, Security and Environment which are applicable to Talisman activities in Vietnam.

First update:

• Review existing HSSE Legal Register (version 2016) and update from January 2017 to May 2017;
• Review existing HSSE Permit Register (version 2016) and update from January 2017 to May 2017; and
• Update copies of HSSE Legal documents, including providing copies of new HSSE legal documents.

Second update:

• Update HSSE Legal Register from June 2017 to November 2017;
• Update HSSE Permit Register from June 2017 to November 2017; and
• Update copies of HSSE Legal documents, including providing copies of new HSSE legal documents.

Regular update:

• Besides First and Second Update, SEN will notify Talisman every two (02) weeks when there is any new HSSE legal documents promulgated with the form as Attachment 1.
