- Plan and prioritize sales activities and prospect contacts towards achieving sales target
- Develop new customers and take care of current accounts
- Visit and maintain the good relationship with customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with other departments in resolving customers’ complaint and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
- Prepare and follow up proposals of Risk Management Services as requested;
- Monitor project, sales & proposal activities.
- Maintain correct timesheets and expense records for each projects;
- Monitor project timelines and task implementation and prepare necessary administration and logistics arrangement;
- Prepare payment documents and follow up payments from Client, and/or to suppliers;
- Undertake other relevant duties assigned by Business Develop Manager.
- College Degree in Business Administration, Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum accumulated 05 years of experience as project coordinator or sales staff.
- Sales skills, especially B2B sales
- Having knowledge in HSE or risk assessment is an important advantage
- Excellent attention to details, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with challenging deadlines and be able to prioritize the tasks
- Being familiar with technical reports is an important advantage
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese both speaking and writing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel if needed.
