Trainer: Mr. NGUYEN THE TIEN
Mr. Tien is a Process Engineer with eleven (11) years of experience in oil and gas operation, petroleum product storage, and other technology fields. He has the ability to conduct some Risk Assessment software, e.g. Shell FRED, Shepherd, Effects, Risk Curves, Aloha, Bowtie, review Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, specifications of feedstock and products, and related law documents. He also conducts evaluations about the performance and safety of processes and equipment and maintains safety at the construction site.
Until now, Tien had participated in over 20 QRA projects, 3 Operational Safety Case projects related to oil and gas activities, petroleum, power plants, and hydropower plants in Vietnam. Tien also conducted many training courses on risk assessment as an instructor.
