Safety Leadership training course focuses on these issues. Building on behavioral safety principles, this course helps leaders to have powerful conversations with the workforce to reduce risks, prevent accidents and create a generative safety culture. In addition, it is an opportunity for leaders to recognize and acknowledge good safety behaviors and practices, and therefore reinforce the performance and motivation of the workforce.

This course comprises a genuine, two-way, risk assessment style of conversation that builds trusting, open relationships with employees and contractors. It involves great listening and great questions to build mutual insights and understanding, committed action, and follow-up of managers.

In addition, Safety Leadership training course will help company to increase safety and reliability of their operations by focusing on both systemic risks in the work environment that affect process safety, and systematic risks involved in task execution that may result in unsafe acts and active failures.

Mr. Le Binh Minh will be Theory Trainer who will overall responsible for the training materials. Mr. Minh has worked as HSE Manager for BP and then TNK-BP/Rosneft with more than 25 years of experience in offshore-related HSE, in the design and delivery of exercise in OSRP, ERP and Medevac for oil & gas upstream industries. He has experiences in development exercise of large scale in HSE, Emergency Response & Crisis Management, Safety Management, Marine, Environments that relate to offshore activities as well as onshore support teams. He got Master Engineering from AIT 1989, he was all certified trainer by BP for: Safety Leadership, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response. And etc.
